> Distorted People is a streetwear and lifestyle fashion brand from Munich, Germany, founded in 2008 by the twin brothers Huy and Dung Vu. It is known for its "Barber & Butcher" crossed-blades logo (a barber's razor crossed with a butcher's cleaver) and sells men's, women's (DP WMN) and kids' clothing, shoes and accessories in its own stores and in this online shop. ## Shipping, payment and returns

- Shipping is with DHL GoGreen. Standard costs:
  - Germany: €5.90, free from €95
  - Austria: €8.90, free from €120
  - Rest of Europe: €15, free from €150
  - Worldwide: €30, free from €250
- Delivery takes 1–4 business days in Germany and 5–10 business days internationally. Orders outside Europe may be charged customs duties and import taxes.
- Delivery to DHL Packstations is available in Germany.
- Payment options: credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay and instant bank transfer.
- Returns: 14 days from delivery, no reason needed. Start a return in the [returns portal](https://retouren.distortedpeople.com). Return costs are €3.90 from Germany, €9 from Austria or the Netherlands, €12 from other EU countries; from elsewhere, contact customer service.
- Customers in the EU can swap sizes directly in the returns portal. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Socks and underwear can only be returned sealed.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within about 10 business days.
